“Proper inspection and maintenance of post-construction stormwater controls has been identified nationally as one of the greatest technical resource areas of need.  In this series, we highlight the status of Kentucky’s post-construction stormwater control programs, see some lessons learned and innovative approaches to maintenance and inspection, and learn of opportunities for partnership on maintenance.”
